Ways We Give Back

Industry Leadership David and other leaders at the firm dedicate their time and collaborate with others across the industry through board memberships and participation in prestigious industry organizations – reaching professionals, emerging leaders, and students.

Our team holds leadership and membership roles in more than a dozen leading organizations, including The Arthur W. Page Society, the Institute for Public Relations, Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), The Plank Center, the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications Public Relations Advisory Council, Communication Leaders of Chicago, and more.

Sponsorships Our leaders and the firm support the advancement of our profession through sponsorships, monetary giveback that gives individuals access to developmental resources, and book donations to help recipients lead with heart and make the workplace better.

In the past year our firm has sponsored 20+ leading industry associations and events. And, we’ve gifted 60 students and 10 educators $1,000 each to help them advance their career development and pay it forward.

Thought Leadership As part of David’s desire to pay it forward and his vision to empower every leader and communicator with leadership insights so they can lead with heart and lift others – the firm has gifted 18,000+ copies of David Grossman’s Heart First books to communications/PR students, emerging leaders, professionals, and educators.

The team leads 40+ industry trainings a year, and publishes dozens of free resources from blogs and eBooks, to articles and research studies to help professionals learn and make an even greater impact in their role.
